About Circuit Mind

Electronic circuit boards are at the core of current and future inventions - space travel, medical robotics, autonomous transportation, augmented reality, bio-engineering. Yet today designing an electronic circuit board is an extremely manual, long and tedious process. At Circuit Mind we believe that this is wrong and we are on a mission to fix it, triggering the future of hardware design.

We are creating an entirely new software engine for circuit boards, that takes as inputs the requirements of a circuit board and automatically outputs a complete design, ready for manufacture.

Position Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Circuit Mind, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, helping customers exceed their goals using the Circuit Mind platform. Your efforts will drive customer retention and facilitate opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Location: We are considering candidates based in the US (remote) and Europe (remote or hybrid, if you are based in London).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and agree on Customer Success Plans that highlight Design Automation Transformation objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with customers, users, and Circuit Mind’s Application Engineers to execute on Customer Success Plans.
  • Setup and run regular (e.g Quarterly) customer success reviews with Customers, highlighting Return on Investment (ROI) and value delivered to the customer.
  • Develop, manage, and execute a retention strategy and playbook in order to avoid churn.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to cross-sell and up-sell customers with a focus on major enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and manage customer onboarding with a relentless focus on comprehensive user training, seamless workflow integration, and rapid time-to-value.
  • Develop systems for understanding the health, insights, progress, ROI, and churn risk of customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Circuit Mind Product Managers, Application Engineering, and Sales teams to identify key features that can be developed to improve the value of the Circuit Mind platform specifically for existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers to solve user problems and resolve customer concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach..
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to gain domain expertise in electronics industry rapidly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the electronics industry.
  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS), Design Software (ECAD, MCAD, Simulation etc.) or Enterprise Software company.
