About the Role

Paired is looking for a Senior Brand Copywriter to take our brand voice to the next level. As our first in-house copywriter, you will own the Paired voice and be responsible for crafting clear, compelling and consistent communications. Reporting to the Head of Brand, this role will be primarily responsible for copy on all marketing campaigns. As we are still a small and nimble team, the Senior Copywriter will also work closely with the Product Team and take the lead on UX copywriting. This job is an excellent opportunity for a strategic writer with a strong POV who wants to make an impact on a growing brand.

What Your Role Encompasses:

  • Take ownership for on-brand copy that engages, educates and resonates with users, ensuring it always feels fresh
  • Develop compelling copy for brand marketing campaigns, performance ads, product feature releases, emails, blog posts and push notification copy
  • Write and optimize content for performance media, awareness, and evergreen ad copy, focusing on achieving specific performance marketing goals
  • Partner with the product team to support with UX copywriting, developing user-centered experiences and product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and specifications of our app
  • Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency in all content and copy across all channels and assets
  • Use insight and analytics to understand current performance and future opportunities
  • Stay updated with copy trends and be innovative to draw the audience’s attention
