Location: Ballymena, Northern Ireland. ( This role will be based in the office 2 days per week)

Our implementation consultants play an important role in the on-boarding journey for our new clients. The consultant helps to understand how our customers work at a process level and to ensure the PlotBox product is implemented in a way to allow our customers to be fully functional from day 1.

You will be part of our Project Delivery division, and you will hold an integral and highly visible role in delivering the PlotBox solution to our customers across the globe.

You will wear many hats, understanding our customers business processes, designing and delivering a solution using system configuration and delivering successful training to our clients; this includes managing the training program, developing training plan/schedule, delivering both remote and onsite training to classroom and individuals.

You will also provide additional support to our clients on Go-Live prior to the handover to Support and will support updates and maintenance to the PlotBox Delivery Toolkit as a knowledge base to support solution design/configuration as well as training.

Travel throughout the UK, North America and Australia will be required in this role. (Travel is project dependant and initially may be 2-4 days per month)

Responsibilities:

The Implementation Consultant will be fully accountable for the preparation of our new customers to accept the PlotBox system into the operation. They will:

  • Become a product/Platform expert in the PlotBox system to understand the operation and configuration of PlotBox as an internal specialist and expert
  • Develop, document and communicate critical business processes for the customer to ensure the product is configured to perform in line with requirement
    • Design and deliver workshops to understand Business processes in line with the project requirements
    • Author the PlotBox Design specifications, capturing any design decisions made during the discovery and design phase.
    • Communicate all specifications to required stakeholders in the delivery process
  • Setup & Configure the PlotBox solution based on a design specification that has been agreed with the Customer
    • Take ownership of the configuration spec to document
    • Communicate the configuration and design spec to the support team
    • Fully test the final configuration in line with the process and design spec in line with customer requirements
  • Own the full training program for each client including all user levels
    • Document and train to a specific program developed to optimise the use and engagement of the PlotBox platform
    • Provide training materials and a training environment in line with requirements as per the Statement of Work
    • Work with the PM team to ensure the training is correctly scheduled in line with the overall delivery plan
    • Ensure each training is signed off by the customer
  • Provide a final Standard Operating Procedure for each customer
  • Provide support a part of the support function requirements as required
  • Support project meetings as required
  • Support the Customer Success Managers with existing customers as required
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Be required to support client meetings in different time zones

What we are looking for :

You will be focussed on delivering high quality outputs and be flexible and adaptive to the needs of the business. You will have the ability to work to project plans and manage your time effectively and will demonstrate a positive can-do attitude in all that you do.

You will also require the following skills and experience:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the following:
    o Managing and delivering Software training programs, both online and in person
    o Software Solution consultancy
    o Client facing role
  • Cloud Computing / SaaS experience would be particularly beneficial
