Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Ballymena HQ, Co Antrim.
Contract type: Permanent
Our Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role within the global marketing team of a purpose-driven technology and software company. We are seeking an experienced and innovative digital marketer to lead our brand's digital demand strategy, website management, and performance marketing efforts.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the company’s digital presence and engage global audiences through both creative and data-driven strategies.
What you will do :
Website
- Lead the strategy, maintenance, and optimisation of company websites in alignment with brand goals.
- Develop customer journey flows, landing pages, and on-page content to improve engagement and conversions.
- Drive website traffic through effective SEO strategies in collaboration with agency partners.
- Regularly evaluate and improve the end-to-end customer experience across digital touchpoints.
Digital Marcomms
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns tailored to target personas and market segments that engage, inform and convert.
- Ideate and create compelling content, including eBooks, blog posts, and interactive materials.
- Optimise use of the HubSpot CRM for marketing automation and personalisation efforts.
- Leverage smart content and data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Performance Marketing
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, social media) with agency support.
- Design and implement retargeting strategies to maximise ROI and nurture leads.
Reporting and Analysis
- Measure and report monthly on campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI.
- Use tools such as GA4, LookerStudio, and SEMrush to generate actionable insights.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Manage external agencies to ensure consistent delivery of strategic goals.
What we are looking for :
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar B2B or SaaS role.
- Proven success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong experience with SEO, PPC, and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
- Demonstrable knowledge of tools such as GA4, LookerStudio, SEMrush, and Google Ads.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
Desirable Experience -Its not a deal breaker, but ideally you will have:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
