Resolve is a rapidly growing start-up at the intersection of technology and the $13T global construction industry. We are the leading VR solution in the construction industry working with some of the largest companies including: BMW, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bayer, General Mills, Skanska, Mortenson, Turner and other large AEC companies. These companies use Resolve to find potential issues before construction happens - typically saving them over a million dollars per project!

Overview

Resolve is looking for an Account Executive to help accelerate our growth into 2025. This is a critical part of our small, tight knit team as the first touch point for inbound leads. We prefer this position to be in NYC but are open to remote for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

  • Engage leads via email, calls, and occasional on-site demos
  • Discover prospect pain points and match them with the problems Resolve can help with
  • Guide prospects through product demos
  • Craft proposals and get deals across the finish line within target timelines
  • Distill feedback and objections that will help our team improve our product and messaging

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of AE experience as a top performer
  • Experience with some sales methodology (MEDDPICC, BANT, Sandler, etc)
  • Comfortable closing deals $12,000-$50,000/year
  • Comfortable managing a six-figure pipeline of deals at various stages
  • You treat prospects like partners - they are comfortable texting and calling you
  • Ability to strategically prospect into target accounts
  • Understanding of what’s needed at an early stage start-up - hustle, attitude, and flexibility
  • We’re global! Comfortable covering sales calls around the world at different hours
  • Ready to contribute your ideas to improve our sales processes and accelerate our growth
  • Self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt to overcome challenges
  • Ability to travel to conferences/prospects as needed

Nice To Have

  • Construction or construction-adjacent industry background
  • Experience within an early stage startup
  • Available to work 3 days a week in Manhattan
